The waitresses hardly speak German ...

We just wanted a cola and a coffee. Then we had 3 cookies and a Donat. That was the friendliest saleswoman who has ever served us at Mc Donalds. Finally, we got a few treats for our dog. Thank you very much, anytime again

The staff was nice and accommodating. However, more food was served than there were tables. Half of it is blocked due to Corona, but this is not taken into account in the orders. After waiting a while until a table was free, the food was of course cold. The nuggets were more dark brown than golden yellow and very, very crispy. Cooked too long in my opinion. Those who can should rather drive to Kempten, 15 minutes longer on the road, but better solve the current challenges.

Always our mandatory stop on the way to the Allgäu. Here you can often find innovations that are only introduced later in other Mc Donalds. Ipads for kids ware or electronic ordering on site or via app are available

Ordered 3 times, all 3 orders arrived incorrectly, no good knowledge of German, said that some things are not available even though they were available on a tablet, then did not want to redeem a coupon even though they were ordered with a coupon. Food that arrived was good.

I was there in the evening, it was very empty and pleasant. The order was delivered very quickly and the fries were very hot compared to other branches instead of cold as always. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially a younger man who took the orders. Extremely nice, I'll be back!

Parts of the soap dispenser in the men's toilet fall off the wall when in use. At the station for storing the address due to Corona there were two cups. One for disinfecting pens without pens and one with three used pens of which two were completely defective and one was still working halfway. In the entire restaurant, no value was placed on hygiene measures. Neither from the staff nor from the guests. No distance, lazy handling of the masks and also the storage of the address was in no way important.

Went here on the way back from Austria ... of course there was a lot going on due to the vacation, so that there was a traffic jam at the sanitary facilities, as only one person is allowed to enter the premises due to the corona. Order entered via the terminal, the contact at the counter was nice, we then ate at the car because it was too full in the outside area. Unfortunately, the order was incorrectly executed, so that the desired items were not handed over.

Really sad to see the employe Are so boorish and impolite with no german people.... No one speak english .... We usually go to mc donalds......Next time i'll go in the Burgher King on the other side of the street. Not tecommended

Every time I get the delicious coffee at the counter in the morning, I always had the same super cheerful, smiling and friendly woman ☺️

First of all, it's open already when everyone is closed yet. Second, it's always what you expect from McDonald's: fast-never-healthy-food, but come on, it's still not that bad. It's always clean and cappuccino and desserts in their McCafe is also good.

Pin from one of the order desk was mailfunctioning and toilets where dirty. Food was ok.

The usual McDonald's menu (tho not as extensive as London UK, and where are the fried onion rings?!), but this one is open in the night time - very useful for us weary travellors - and the staff were very pleasant and kind. Also, clean. (But do they do recycling of paper, cardboard and plastic? !!!)
